I don't recommend this place at all. They are terrible at serving the customer. They do things angry. They broke a nut in the tire of my car and scratched the rings of the tires when rotating the tires and when complaining they only say come such a day there will be an answer and that today it was one hundred percent sure that they would call me at 3pm to let me know if they would fix the damage they caused to my car but I did not receive a call

I usually tag along with my boyfriend for these oil changes, so doing it for the first time by myself was very anxiety inducing as an autistic queer latina. At this Valvoline, the people there were extremely nice and explained the process to me even though it took me a few moments to process what they said. I was in Bay 1 at around 12:44 on July 6th, and unfortunately, I didn't see the nametag of the person who put the oil in (maybe it was Milo? I'm not sure. I wish I saw their name!), but Becca was keeping me company. She is a great addition to the team and I look forward to seeing her and other people like her at this Valvoline. Love seeing people of color and LGBTQIA+ thrive in communities where they find joy! ♡

Great place! They did a great job changing the oil and the associates were polite and helpful. I also really like how they follow strict communication protocols with each other to make sure every part of the job is complete. So glad to find an oil change I can trust! And quick too!

As always service was quick and easy. Makes it super convenient to come in and get things done especially with young children. The whole team was very kind and professional when getting details. Mark specifically was a joy and very nice to talk to and made sure I was getting the correct services done for my vehicle. I was already a returning customer but this made it even more enjoyable and will ensure I return again and again. Thank you to Mr. Mark and the whole team!!

I was highly satisfied because the staff was very professional and friendly from the moment I arrived. They greeted me right away, explained what services were being done to my car, and didn’t try to pressure me into anything I didn’t need. The service was very fast, and I appreciated that I was able to stay in my vehicle while they worked.They also checked my fluids, showed me my oil level, and made sure everything was good before I left. The team communicated clearly, worked efficiently, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I felt like my vehicle was taken care of and that they genuinely cared about customer service. I would definitely return and recommend this location to others.
